Sabzi aur dal dhone ka paani seedha gamle mein daal do. Usmein thoda poshan hota hai aur bilkul muft hai. Sabun wala paani mat daalna.

Safed toothpaste hole mein bharo, finger se seedha karo, sookhne do. Safed deewar par bilkul nahi dikhta. Rangeen deewar par pehle kone mein try karna.
